It thus distributes loads evenly across the entire lifted structure, ensuring stability and safety throughout every operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spreader beam \u2014 precise locking onto corner fittings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike conventional slinging, the ISO container spreader beam maintains the attachment points at the exact spacing of the corner fittings. It thus eliminates any oblique force on the lifted structure. This vertical lifting geometry protects both the load and the lifting equipment, whether crane or overhead travelling crane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fixed or adjustable spreader beam to suit your needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CIPAL offers this beam in fixed or adjustable versions to suit containers of different dimensions: 10, 20, 30 and 40 ft. The ISO twist-lock system ensures fast and secure locking onto the container&#8217;s corner fittings. This no-load-bearing weld design furthermore guarantees the long-term robustness of the equipment, even under intensive use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engineering department sizes each beam according to the specific constraints of the application. It takes into account the type of lifting equipment, frequency of use and the operating environment.
