It enables the laying, removal and repositioning of sleepers with precision and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike conventional mechanical lifting beams, the hydraulic lifting beam operates the hooks remotely. The operator therefore does not intervene manually at load level. This remote operation secures the working environment, reduces the number of operators required and accelerates handling cycles on the track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIPAL adapts each beam to the specific constraints of the railway site: concrete, timber or steel sleepers, mono or bi-block, operational output and type of carrier equipment. Each configuration thus meets precise requirements in terms of productivity and on-track safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIPAL&#8217;s engineering department sizes each hydraulic lifting beam according to the specific constraints of the application. It takes into account the type of lifting equipment, frequency of use and the operating environment.
