CIPAL designs it to order for the lifting and movement of loads around a workstation. It thus intervenes where an overhead crane or gantry is not suited to the available space. Furthermore, it improves ergonomics and productivity at workshop or warehouse workstations. Its applications cover in particular machine-tool feeding, end-of-line palletising and maintenance operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jib crane \u2014 three configurations for each installation constraint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CIPAL offers three main configurations depending on installation constraints. The column-mounted jib crane anchors independently to the workshop floor with rotation up to 360\u00b0. Mounted on an existing runway, the rail-mounted version thus covers an extended working area. The free-standing configuration furthermore offers a solution without fixed anchoring, ideal for constrained environments or temporary installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Robust and durable equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every jib crane integrates an actuation system suited to the site&#8217;s output. CIPAL offers electric or pneumatic solutions depending on the environment. Built without load-bearing welds, our jib cranes are moreover manufactured from high-resistance materials.
