The hydraulic industrial tipper is a handling device. CIPAL designs and manufactures it to order in compliance with the Machinery Directive. It tilts and overturns heavy loads in a controlled and safe manner. Each operation is thus performed with precision and repeatability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its architecture consists of a fixed floor-mounted chassis and a mobile chassis actuated by hydraulic cylinders. The operator controls movements remotely via radio remote control. The cylinders incorporate balancing valves that maintain position safely. No movement is therefore possible without active operator command.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The on-board hydraulic power unit and electrical cabinet make the tipper fully autonomous. A remote monitoring module furthermore enables real-time sensor data visualisation. Visual and audible signals consequently accompany each movement to secure the working area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The engineering department sizes each tipper according to the specific constraints of the application. It takes into account component type, frequency of use and the operating environment.
