CIPAL designs and manufactures it to order for industrial turning applications. It turns heavy and bulky components safely, without any manual intervention at load level. Each operation is thus fully controlled throughout the turning cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The motorised arms or flanges provide a firm and stable grip on the component. They adapt to the load geometry via an adjustable span. The operator furthermore controls all movements remotely via radio remote control. This on-board motorisation consequently makes the system completely autonomous, without any external power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIPAL adapts each turning beam to the specific constraints of the production environment. It therefore takes into account component dimensions, load capacity and operational output. Whether for turning concrete slabs, industrial moulds or machined metal components, each configuration thus meets precise productivity and safety requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This equipment fits directly under an existing overhead crane or crane. It moreover avoids any investment in additional handling equipment.
