CIPAL designs and manufactures it to order for each offset lifting application. It thus enables precise positioning of elements, even when direct overhead access to the load is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offset load lifting beam \u2014 automatic balancing for controlled lifting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Its automatic longitudinal balancing system continuously compensates for the offset between the crane hook and the load. The offset load lifting beam thus maintains the component in a horizontal position throughout the operation, without any manual adjustment. An integrated verticalisation function furthermore allows the operator to position the component effortlessly. All movements are consequently controlled remotely via radio remote control for precise and safe operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varied applications in construction and industrial workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of beam finds particular application in the construction sector for the installation of facade elements, solar shading elements and precast wall panels in high-offset situations. It is moreover suited to the handling of components with variable centre of gravity in industrial workshops. CIPAL furthermore offers on-board power supply options via generator, battery or cable reel to suit site constraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIPAL adapts each lifting beam to component geometry, offset amplitude and specific site constraints. The engineering department sizes each beam according to the application&#8217;s constraints.
