This equipment is intended for a radioactive waste management site. With a capacity of 60 tonnes, it thus meets the most stringent nuclear sector requirements. These beams offer adjustable spans from 1,200 to 4,400 mm usable. Manual adjustment is moreover possible in 200 mm increments. Retractable rollers under load support each radial beam. Every end thus integrates a 360\u00b0 articulated lifting point. This design therefore ensures precise adaptation to each load.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Controlled and secure adjustment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The radial beams receive adjustable suspension points from 1,000 to 4,500 mm, in 250 mm increments. Moreover, the lifting beam has an upper suspension point adjustable by \u00b1500 mm, in 100 mm increments. All adjustments are made under no load, with secured notches. The design thus follows the recommendations of standard NF EN 13155-A2. The structural calculations meanwhile comply with standard FEM 1.001 edition 3-98, group A3\/M3. The upper clevis accommodates a DIN 15402 double hook. Finally, the lifting beam integrates retractable support feet for ground placement. It is delivered with a nameplate, a CE plate and a certificate of conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engineering department sizes each lifting beam according to the constraints of the application. It takes into account the type of lifting equipment, frequency of use and the operating environment.
