CIPAL has decided to become affiliated with MECATEAMCLUSTER. MECATEAMCLUSTER is a skills centre in the areas of design, construction and maintenance of mobile machinery that aims to become a customised solution to requirements expressed by these players in the railway industry, providing them with a coordinated and organised network of subcontractors and skills, whose services are clearly explained. This network strategy makes sense as part of a shared rail platform project, providing solutions in terms of technical skills, training and dedicated infrastructure.

The working groups enable affiliate companies to discuss common subjects in order to find an overall solution to the problems of each company.
