The motorised turning beam with arms or flanges is a specialist lifting device. CIPAL designs and manufactures it to order for industrial turning applications. It turns heavy and bulky components safely, without any manual intervention at load level. Each operation is thus fully controlled throughout the turning cycle.
The motorised arms or flanges provide a firm and stable grip on the component. They adapt to the load geometry via an adjustable span. The operator furthermore controls all movements remotely via radio remote control. This on-board motorisation consequently makes the system completely autonomous, without any external power supply.
