The motorised inclination spreader beam is a high-precision lifting device. CIPAL designs and manufactures it to order for civil engineering sites. It tilts large concrete half-arches from horizontal up to 45°. Each movement is thus fully controlled throughout the assembly process.
The central motorised trolley moves the slings across the beam. It therefore tilts the half-arch progressively and safely. Two hydraulic cylinders then provide fine adjustment during final positioning. Furthermore, the on-board generator powers the hydraulic system, making the unit completely energy-autonomous on site.
The hydraulic power unit includes two motor pumps: one main and one standby. Consequently, operations continue uninterrupted in demanding site conditions. The operator controls all movements remotely via a proportional radio remote control. Each movement is thus managed with precision to protect the concrete components.
Civil engineering constraints are integrated from the design phase onwards. Traceability and regulatory compliance are moreover built into every project. The engineering department sizes each beam to suit component geometry and positioning tolerances. Every unit is therefore delivered with a complete technical file: operating instructions, structural calculations and CE marking.
